NEW POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY SEMINAR PROGRAM

SAY YES/ Actions & Events for Life & Culture in collaboration with the HELLENIC SOCIETY OF POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGIA  is preparing a program of seminars with the aim of bringing the public into contact with the principles of Positive Psychology, such as these are applied in the basic areas of life and everyday life. The seminars are two hours long, interactive, with experiential exercises, in order to train the participants in the new practices.

The goal is greater satisfaction with life and an even more functional relationship with the environment. The seminars each have a different topic and one can attend some or all of them.

​

Following the entire series gives the opportunity to better consolidate the methodology through regular contact with Positive Psychology. Last Wednesday of every month (approx) – a gym for our good mental state.

​

The presenters of the seminars all hold a PhD, are members of the Hellenic Society of Positive Psychology and have many years of experience in both the research and educational fields.
